The Investiture Ceremony is a solemn occasion where in all the young students are well prepared to do the mantle of leadership and responsibility with utmost dedication.

In SDVM-CITY, the Student Council for session 2023-24 was formed. A democratic voting was set in pace which ultimately formed the school Student Council. S.D. Vidya Mandir City's motto is to create leaders of tomorrow. Investiture Ceremony is not just about providing titles, but about conferring responsibilities to the students, to take charge of the school and take it to the height they desire with their leadership and decision making skill.

The ceremony commenced with the lightning of lamp which signifies the removal of darkness followed by students singing a beautiful song .A mesmerizing dance performance was presented by the students, showcasing their fluid movements. The selected students were honoured with their respective badges such as Head Girl, Head Boy, Sport Captain and the student council members took an oath to faithfully work for the school. Our Principal, Ms. Shivani Kandola, also encouraged them to put in honest efforts for every endeavour and become an inspiration for others.

Newly formed Council- Head Boy & Head Girl ,Vice-Head Boy & Vice-Head Girl, House Captains, Vice Captains, Sports Captains, Literary Captains, Students' Counsellor were honoured by Worthy Management Members, Principal Shivani Kandola along with the Chief guest-Mr Kuldeep Dahiya (District Education Officer).

Newly elected students council members received their badges and pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honor and glory of institution.

It was a proud moment for all the parents to witness their children being invested with great responsibilities. The students expressed their gratitude to Principal Shivani Kandola for her sheer perservance to help students and for her constant encouragement to attain excellence in all arenas of education.
