On the memorable day of 15th August, 1947 our motherland dawned to the greatest victory. To mark this glorious triumph, India blissfully celebrates Independence Day with great zeal on 15th August every year. Reminiscing the indomitable spirit of our freedom fighters, SDVM CITY celebrated Independence Day with boundless enthusiasm and patriotic fervour .Worthy Management Members were welcomed by the members of School Council . 

The event commenced with the hoisting of National Flag  followed by National Anthem. The event exuberated with the cultural extravaganza. The scillintating dance performances and patriotic songs stimulated love and reverence for the country. 

Our Respected Principal, Dr. Shivani Kandola delivered an inspiring speech and motivated the students to contribute in nation's progress with their relentless efforts.

 Irya, Srijat, Kanika and Vanshika  gave  awe inspiring speeches on freedom fighters and their sacrifices to make our motherland  free. Sh Anup Garg ji (President , Shri S.D Education Society) addressed the gathering with his insightful, thought  provoking and inspirational words.

The celebration was truly a memorable one creating an ambience of Patriotism, Unity, Integrity and Harmony.
