S.D. Vidya Mandir City School celebrated Vasantotsav with great enthusiasm and colourful activities. The school premises were filled with the spirit of spring, joy, and positive energy. Chief Guest, Mr. Anup Kumar, President of S.D. Education Society, and Guest of Honor, Mr. Roshan Lal Mittal, Patron of S.D. Education Society and Management Members graced the event.
The celebration began with the lightning of the lamp, followed by the release of yellow and white balloons, symbolizing joy, energy, and positivity. Students presented a soulful Saraswati Vandana, and Class 1 students showcased their talent in class show. Parents and children participated in a joint ramp walk, making the event emotional and memorable.
The programme included musical and dance performances, Shiv Stotra, and open entry presentations, showcasing students' talents. Over 300 entries were received, highlighting their creativity and participation. Competitions like pot decoration, flower arrangement, hand painting, and clay modeling were also held.
The event concluded with the distribution of prizes and a vote of thanks to the guests, management committee members, parents, and students. The celebration was a grand success, filled with joy, enthusiasm, and inspiration.
